What if today is the most joy-filled and expansive thinking and feeling day yet?
Because, whether you realize it or not, you and I are already fabulous, effective manifestors.
We’re manifesting all the time!
The trick is how do you become a conscious manifestor—working with universal laws rather than unconsciously drifting through life, wondering why things are happening the way they’re happening and simply hoping more things go your way than not.
Manifesting a life we love is our birthright.
Here’s a powerful reminder:
Thoughts create feelings, which cause actions, which influence results.
Our dominant thought patterns are responsible for the results we see in our lives.
The thoughts we energize with our attention create the content and conditions of our experience.
It’s said we think around 70,000 thoughts a day—and 94% of them live in the subconscious, shaping our habits, decisions, and outcomes, all without conscious awareness.
Since our behavior causes our results, and our thoughts drive our behavior, it’s essential to consciously energize the thoughts we do want more of.
Any result begins with an idea.
So, to manifest new results we’re truly in love with, we start by choosing thoughts that align with the outcomes we desire.
Knowing that thoughts become things—if you could focus on any thoughts (and you can)—what would you love to be thinking about…
- Your health (mental, emotional, physical)?
- Your level of confidence?
- Your friendships, your children, your love life?
- Your daily schedule?
- The way you share your expertise and talents?
- The amount of money in your bank and investment accounts?
What thoughts are a match for the version of you who’s already enjoying a life that totally lights you up?
I’m not asking you to look at your current circumstances and try to feel differently about them by asking yourself to just think positively. That’s not how manifesting a new, better, more life-giving set of circumstances works.
We are so powerful.
You and I get to energize and activate any idea or thought we want.
Take that in for a moment. Thoughts become results. We have the wherewithal and ability to hold in mind ANY thought we want. THAT is power.
For example, When another driver cuts us off in traffic, it’s not the event of being cut off itself that affects us. It’s what we think about that event that either throws us off our good mood, or doesn’t even bother us.
Back in the day, when I was dating, one of my boyfriends broke up with me, which sent me into an emotional tailspin, not because he broke up with me but because of how I thought about the breakup.
I made the breakup mean something about me, I told myself a story that I wasn’t good enough, and doubted myself, “I must be doing something wrong or maybe I’m not loveable, or too fat, or not pretty enough”, blah blah blah. Stinkin’ thinkin’!
Another time, I had a small cancerous growth on my skin. Because of how I related to that diagnosis, in my thinking, that’s what allowed me to stay calm instead of freaking out or get lost in a Google rabbit hole of researching all the potential prognoses.
Soon after the diagnosis, the growth literally fell off and completely disappeared.
I want you to know that no matter how bad a part of life might look right now, or how long a difficult challenge has been in place, it is your birthright to create and live a life you love.
And with that birthright comes effective and powerful capabilities/tools. It simply requires you to activate these tools.
You and I are manifesting all the time, even when we sleep. That’s true because we’re always thinking thoughts, and thoughts are creative.
One of those tools is fun and easy .…
A good place to start, or restart, is to experiment with wonder. Here’s how this works.
Ask:
I wonder what it would be like… feel like… look like… to have X, be X, do X, give X?
This can be anything:
- Having overflowing confidence in social situations
- Enjoying a gourmet Italian dinner cooked by your personal chef
- Being the award-winning CEO of your successful company
- Having all your credit cards paid off with abundance left over in your accounts
Most of us think in pictures. So bring to mind an image of the idea that you’d love to bring about.
Be in wonder about the possibility, and describe how you feel as you imagine yourself in the image. This is what I call a “dream achieved moment”.
Ask yourself:
If this image were my reality… what would life feel like? How would I think, move, speak, and show up?
And if any limiting thoughts creep in, try this gentle reframe:
What’s a more empowering thought I could think about this situation?
What IF today really is the most joy-filled, expansive thinking and feeling day yet?
You are far more powerful—and carry more potential—than any circumstance you face.
